The Wubbers Parallel Mandrel Pliers are meticulously engineered such that the jaws move together with a parallel action. They provide a vice-like grip with even pressure on the metal, greatly reducing marring and saving wear and tear on the jewelry maker’s hands. Because of the parallel action and the bolt-adjustment system, the space between the jaws can be set to a specific distance, allowing wire and sheet metal to be formed around both jaws at once. As a result, the same shapes can be replicated exactly, over and over and without measuring.
